 Time Table for large Group Sessions
 
 These sessions are great for all ages and abilities. EVERYONE is welcome. Group sizes can be anywhere from 6 - 20 and we make keeping fit fun training a lot of the time in pairs and teams. Training in such a supportive group keeps you motivated and committed to keep coming!
