This type of training develops the strength and size of muscles. We will use barbells, dumbells and kettlebells for this style of training. Lifting the weights will help build muscle mass which will in turn help to lose fat mass.
Using both the punchbag and gloves and pads, boxing training is a great cardio workout.
Also a brilliant way of destressing. Many people enjoy this type of training as it can be extremely varied with lots of different moves and combinations.

Sometimes having that one other person training alongside you can work wonders for your motivation. It can add a little more fun and variety to your sessions and dare I say it a slightly more competitive edge. It can be anyone you decide to train with. I train many husbands and wives, friends, colleagues, sisters, mums and daughters, dads and sons. The list is endless.
In the gym and a maximum 4 people.
With the group still being fairly small, just like the one to one sessions it will feel personable and the workout I set out will still be totally unique to yourself. Each one of you will have a pre-written programme to work from and I will divide the time overseeing each member of the group to go through form and thorough explanations of all exercises.
I run weekly outdoor bootcamp style classes in Pannal. These classes are designed to be fun, challenging and are ideal for anyone not overly keen on slogging it away in the gym. Many of my bootcampers love the feeling of getting a sweat on in the great outdoors. Every week is different using a variation of training styles, often working in pairs and teams. We play fun games, use bodyweight exercises and also equipment such as battle ropes, kettlebells, sandbags and many more.
